I'm a Twin mum to two beautiful children. I live in Buckinghamshire. I started this account to help me focus in times when my mental health has not been good, and to help others. Also I love Cleaning as it's my therapy to help me with my anxiety and my other mental health.

This is my first year on the Shine Squad. I can't wait to share with you all my passion for mental health and wellbeing, our home and family adventures. I wanted to be part of the show because it's such an inclusive, welcoming community of individuals and I can't wait to meet you all.
