Penny is Event Director for the Clean & Tidy Home Show, Founder and Director at Latch Events.
She has organised exhibitions large and small and can tell you many a funny story about working with animals, children and in dilapidated buildings.
Penny is passionate about people and introductions, believing anything is possible if you bring the right people together.
Penny enjoys the challenge of keeping her modest home clean and tidy with two young boys, two cheeky Jackhuauas and a DIY enthusiast for a husband. She doesn't feel truly calm without a good book, a cosy throw and a candle burning.
Show Manager
When he's not busy organising the Show, Michael's passion is ironing, looking after his dog, Louis and discovering pet friendly cleaning products to keep his home looking clean, white and streamlined.
Marketing Manager
Ever the creative, Hazel loves all things wordy and wonderful. After several years of backpacking and sofa-surfing, Hazel now has a home in Norwich that she has populated with houseplants, hardback books, too many herbal teas and a flatmate who runs her own line of eco-friendly handmade clothes.
Finance Manager
James loves numbers, DIY and banana loaf. If he’s not updating a spreadsheet, laying a floor or hanging a door, he’s getting inspiration from YouTube for his next project!
Operations Manager
Julia looks after all things logistics for Clean & Tidy Show. She is also Founder & CEO of language agency, TranslateAble.
Julia is currently living her dream and travelling the world while working remotely. This means a new home on a regular basis and less tidying as you're living out of a suitcase with fewer belongings!
Company Operations Manager
After many many years in London, Mila is now based in her home country Bulgaria and has re-discovered her love for the outdoors. She is now spending every possible moment exploring mountains and country sides and keeping a well packed and organised backpack.
Show Coordinator
Kerrie lives in Paris, happily married to a Frenchman, and has two lovely kids. She adores traveling to different countries, soaking in new cultures, and tasting diverse cuisines.
But what Kerrie enjoys most is bringing people together. Whether it's small get-togethers with friends or big events, she loves creating memorable moments that connect people.
For her, life is all about these special moments of exploration, connection, and making lasting memories!

It’s been a year since I moved to London for my Master’s in Event Management. I am from Mumbai (India) land of Bollywood and I love Bollywood movies and dancing to the tunes of it.
