What are the opening times?

The Clean & Tidy Home Show is open to the public from 09h00 – 17h00 on Saturday 19th October and 09h00 – 16h00 on Sunday 20th October 2024.

Where is the entrance to the show?

The entrance is S1 - this is closest to the West Entrance of the venue and the Custom House station.

Are dogs permitted at the show?

Guidance and assistance dogs are welcome. No other dogs/pets permitted.

Are personal wheeled vehicles permitted within the venue?

Hoverboards, skateboards, segways, scooters, rollerblades, and bicycles are not permitted for use within the venue or the Boulevard. Wheelchairs and personal mobility vehicles are permitted.

Do I need a ticket for my Carer?

The Clean & Tidy Home Show offer free carer tickets. When purchasing your ticket, please be sure to add a ticket for your carer(s).

Can I bring my children?

Absolutely! Please be sure to add their tickets when purchasing your ticket. We have a Kids Zone with activities for the duration of the show. No need to prebook any sessions, just turn up and stay as long as you like!

Will there be options for eating and drinking onsite?

Yes, there will be food outlets where you can by lunch and refreshments within the Show Hall. ExCeL London also has over 40 onsite cafés, bars and restaurants, including numerous concessions within the venue itself. There are restaurants with table-service for more formal dining as well as grab and go option. For further information visit ExCeL’s food and drink page. You are also welcome to bring your own food and drink into the venue.

How do I get to the venue?

Is there parking available on site?

Parking is available on a first come, first served basis, using pay and display. If you are travelling to ExCeL London by road please use postcode E16 1XL.

Is disabled parking free of charge?

There are 80 bays suitable for disabled drivers in the Orange car park, which is located underneath the venue, with minimum dimensions of 5.9m by 3.6m. Access to the building from these bays is along walkways with a gradient of no more than 1:15 and flat entrance lifts with automatic doors.

Please note: Orange car park only permit vehicles up to a maximum of 1.9m height. Please email info@excel.london if you require a disabled space for a taller vehicle.

Blue badge holders can park in designated disabled parking bays free of charge. There is a fine of £80 for parking in a disabled bay without displaying a valid disabled badge.

What are the Covid Safety Regulations?

The Clean & Tidy Home Show is committed to ensuring the safety of all visitors, exhibitors and staff. As guidelines are continually changing, we will update our policies in line with all Government regulations and will be working closely with the venue to ensure these are communicated to all groups via this page in the run up to the Live event.
