Mind in Tower Hamlets and Newham

We loved partnering with Clean & Tidy Home Show 2022. The event was amazing and to be part of the Clean & Tidy community is wonderful! We loved meeting you all 😊

This Sunday is World Kindness Day, and we know the importance of kindness in improving mental health. Did you know that being kind boosts serotonin and dopamine levels, which are neurotransmitters in the brain that give you feelings of satisfaction and well-being and cause the pleasure/reward centre in your brain to light up!

For World Kindness Day, we have an ask - to pay it forward and support us in supporting our community. We are currently facing extensive funding cuts to our Bereavement Service, which our borough needs now, more than ever - we need to raise £22,282 in order to provide bereavement support to our local community, if we do not raise this we will have no option but to run a reduced service with waiting lists increasing from 6 to 12 months and a significant reduction of clients supported from 500 to 200 per year. We need your help.

If you can, and would like to donate to our charity, please head over to our website and scroll down to our donations button and give what you can.

We appreciate your support. Thank you.
