Offloading & Loading / Voyage Control

Anyone coming to the show that would like to load or unload goods/deliveries to the hall (loading doors are behind the Main Stage) must book a timeslot through the ExCeL London Voyage Control system as follows:

1. New users should navigate to the ExCeL London page (https://excellondon.voyagecontrol.com/) and click on the green “Sign Up” button. Then follow the instructions.

2. Once you are in your profile, after you have signed up, select “Make a Booking” and follow the instructions.

Important things to note:

- The booking system opens 21 days before the event.
- These slots are specific for loading and unloading only. Parking is a separate entity.

Access Points:

If your stand number begins with the letter A, B or C, please select Lorry Door N8.

If your stand number begins with the letter D, E or F, please select Lorry Door N9.

Driver and VRN Information:

Your vehicle pass will not be valid until you have completed the driver details and the Vehicle Registration Number (VRN). Vehicle passes must be completed before arriving on site. This information can be added at any time before arriving onsite.

We suggest booking your slot as soon as possible, even if you don’t have the driver and VRN information at hand at the moment, and adding this in as soon as you can after.

Navigation:

Event Vehicles wishing to access ExCeL London must use Royal Albert Way to enter Sandstone Lane. No vehicles will be permitted access to the venue from Seagull Lane . Please use postcode E16 1FR in up-to-date satellite navigation systems.
