Insurance Cover

Both the Organiser and the Exhibitor have the responsibility to arrange all necessary insurance for the duration of the event.

It is a condition of exhibiting that Exhibitors arrange adequate insurance to protect themselves and others attending the show. The minimum limit of Public Liability expected is £2 million each occurrence.

This insurance must be in force during the lease dates of the event, 18-20 October, 2024.

All exhibitors need to send proof of insurance by
30 September 2024 to Mila at

If you need any assistance in arranging the insurance cover for the event you can contact your Insurance Broker. Alternatively you can contact the Organiser's insurance broker, InEvexco who will be able to give you advice as to the options available to you.
