Kara is the individual behind the Instagram account 'theonlywayis_pink' and the TikTok account 'theonlywayispink.' Kara has always had a passion for cleaning and organising, but her approach had to adapt after being diagnosed with fibromyalgia. She established the 'Clean & Pace Method' earlier this year, and it has significantly improved her cleaning routine while also positively impacting others.
