Emily is the founder of Calm Space Calm Mind where she nurtures and empowers individuals to enhance their mental, physical and spiritual well being through improving their living and working spaces. Her holistic approach encampasses her KonMari and Feng Shui training alongside her expertise in mindset transformation, law of attraction and energetic healing.
As an AuDHD woman, Emily specialises in supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families. She has experienced first hand the impact of our physical surroundings and how this can hugely affect the way we are able to function on a daily basis. Her background working in various settings such as prisons, youth clubs and hostels has driven her passion to support others to thrive in the best way possible. Following on from her own struggles with her mental health and journey to being diagnosed she discovered that the often overlooked and missing link in everyone’s healing journey is their physical space. Emily is on a mission to bridge that link and create a more holistic approach to looking after ourselves through also looking after our living and working spaces.
