My name's Chris and I'm a children's book author with two self-published books, one on emotions and mental health and one on the environment. I wanted to help children get access to fun and engaging resources which can help them in areas of life which can be challenging. I have always enjoyed illustration and have an interest in mental health after facing my own struggles.
I also think there is a link between the environment and mental health, especially because of the area of climate anxiety. My books help to empower children to feel confident in taking action about reducing carbon footprints with small steps as well as encouraging them to communicate about how they are feeling.
