Chloé Fuller, 23, from Lancashire, was forced to leave school at the age of 13, after developing a rare heart condition, postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (PoTS), and Ehlers Danlos.
Chloé lost her independence and struggled to come to terms with her disabilities, but assistance dog Ted quickly changed that.
She trained him to respond to more than 100 commands, from helping fetch her shoes to safely reviving her after blackouts.
