In Nov 2021 we moved to a 26 acre farm where we are learning to be farmers with livestock and vegetables. I have taken to farming like a duck to water but the hardest thing I have found is adjusting to living in a farm house and not a pristine clean townhouse anymore. Having a hygienic home is important but I no longer stress if the floor isn’t cleaned for a week or the washing up stays on the side overnight. It's important to set ourselves realistic goals and not put so much pressure on ourselves to be perfect.
