Hi I'm Tara from @the_cleaning_mumlife. I'm a mum to two boys and a fur baby buddy.

I suffered with post natal depression after my second son 3 years ago and the cleaning community really helped me. I still suffer with my anxiety and depression now but I find Cleaning is definitely my therapy, my calm place.

I like sharing the reality behind the account as it's not always Insta perfect.

I am also currently studying beauty therapy, working towards my aesthetics qualification, which I am really enjoying.
